What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada and the USA.
How quickly will my order ship?
We process orders every 1-2 days. All orders are shipped out expedited via Canada Post. Once the order is shipped, you can expect an average of 1-3 business days for delivery within the Maritimes and 3-5 business days for British Columbia, Alberta.
Shipping to the USA takes 5-10 business days. A tracking # is provided with all orders shipped to the USA.
Important: Please allow extra time if you place your order on the weekend as Canada Post does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Will I be notified of my order status, do you have tracking numbers?
You will receive an email from us to notify you your package is on its way.
A tracking # will be in your order shipment email. This applies for orders of 11x14 and/or 16x20 prints. Please note that all 8x10 prints won’t have a tracking # within Canada, as these ship via oversized lettermail however a tracking # is provided with all orders shipped to the USA.

How will my order be packaged?
Professionalism and customer service is our guarantee! We ensure every order is handled with extreme care and with the highest quality packaging. All prints are placed in clear protective sleeves with a cardboard backing to minimize risk of bending. The prints are then shipped flat inside of a stay flat (rigid mailer). Shipping flat is the gold standard for quality art prints.
What about refunds?
If you aren't happy with your order in any way please let us know. We offer a 100% guaranteed refund on your order with absolutely no hassle. Please let us know within 60 days from when you received your item.

Where do you get your printing done?
Currently all our orders are fulfilled in a small print studio in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. The shop is owned by Randy Smith, who has over 30 years experience in printing archival quality prints. Randy’s attention to detail is second to none and he stands behind the quality in every order.
What does archival quality prints mean?
Archival prints can last 40+ years without fading.
Artisans and galleries use the term to mean that a print has been made to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Realistically it simply means that the artist has taken great care to make an object that will last as long as possible. We use archival products throughout the entire order process including: inks, papers, gloves, shipping products.
